The GENO-mat duo WE-X (partially) softens drinking and industrial water, e.g. well water, process water, boiler feed water and cooling water. The volume-dependent controlled water softeners work according to the ion exchange process and are equipped with a central control valve for both exchanger tanks. As twin systems, they are suitable for the continuous supply of soft water, regeneration with full salting (industry, softening < 0.1 dH) and economy salting (residential houses) is on offer. The soft water is blended to the desired hardness range (preferably hardness range 1) via a blending unit, which is integrated in the sizes 50, 130, 230. The systems are available in five sizes from 2.0 m³/h to 9.5 m³/h peak flow.
Water softeners of the GENO-mat ZF series are designed for the softening and partial softening of drinking and industrial water. They mainly work in industrial areas of application with specified water consumption, where soft water is not required all the time. The water softening systems use the ion exchange process. With full salting, the GENO-mat WF softens to less than 0.1 dH in industry, with economy salting it is popular in commerce. A blending device (optional) blends the water to hardness range 1. The GENO-mat WF has an integrated bypass (bypass line) for the supply of raw water during regeneration, which is volume-dependent.
